TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 7AM!!!!
Small group training (just 4) for over 40yr olds.
No Olympic lifting or complicated movements. Get 'coached' not just shouted at!
Get some accountability and acquire discipline. Develop good habits and iron out the bad!
You will get coached through timed based full body workouts. You will learn the basics of nutrition and the science behind calories. It's not as hard as they tell you 😜 Work with like-minded others...Get it done before work! (We have a shower!)
This is the gateway to fitness and the start of you moving more and living better!
I strictly have just 4 PLACES and we go at 7am Tuesday Feb 4th.

Today's trail run. 15km through lots of mud and slop. Waterproof socks (Decathlon) saving the feet from trench foot! And that slice of Xmas cake was like food from the gods at 8km deep 😋
Nice to run in the Altra Lone peak 6 again, awesome negative drop shoe and great grip that kept me upright except when I tripped over a hidden log in Perry Wood and face planted 🙄🤣
No prize for pace today in that terrain but it was about the discipline and mindset of getting it done in conditions that I hate! 🏃♂️

Smashed Avocado, tomato, cucumber, Tuna. Dressing - Lime juice, salt&pepper, garlic, drizzle of honey. Serve loaded into folded flatbreads with mustard mayo 😋
