Take part in the GymFIT challenge and fight for your place at the top of the table! All you have to do is complete as many reps as you can, as part of a team, and then challenge another club or society to beat your score.

Welcome to our page, where you can find out all you need to know about the GymFIT programme! 👋
The GymFIT programme aims to to improve general fitness and physical condition with a series of fun and challenging exercises. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced work cards which work the upper body, lower body, core, and cardio vascular system so you can tailor your workout for what intensity you are feeling.
The programme is flexible in application and is suitable for a wide range of ability groups. It can be adapted for use by small or large groups, individuals, and disabled participants.
Gym Fit takes place every Tuesday morning in Gym 1 (St John's Campus), 7am-8am. No need to sign up, just turn up and take part!
