Atlas Stones are one of the most iconic events in Strongman. Our athletes will battle to complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds 🔥

Event 4 – Truck Pull

Human vs Machine!!!

This is one of the most iconic tests of strength. It’s exactly the kind of event you see when Strongman is on the telly! 📺

The challenge is simple… but far from easy!

Our competitors will be harnessed to a truck and have to pull it 15 metres as fast as they possibly can. With just 60 seconds on the clock, it’ll take every ounce of strength and determination to get that machine moving 💪

It’s the ultimate battle of human vs. machines, and watching a person move a huge truck under their own power is something you don’t get to see every day! 🔥

Event 3 – Deadlift Escalator 💪

This one is going to test all out power!

Competitors will face a standard-height deadlift with a standard bar, completing one rep on each of the first three weights before taking on the final weight for as many reps as possible!

With 75 seconds on the clock, this one is going to be all about pushing hard and giving their all 💪
