Great day on Saturday running the Nottinghamshire region Coaching Team Course.
Great effort by everyone involved bringing in Junior leaders and adult assistant coaches which I’m sure will do there local instructors proud.

What a month November was!

We had 16 PMAS students from across my Nottinghamshire clubs take part in the Autumn PMAS championships, all had a great day and came away with 20 Golds 15 Silvers and 4 Bronze medals between them 😁🥊🥇🥈🥉

Then to top it off over 50 new grades awarded to students who graded on the last weekend of the month, I also had the pleasure of awarding Jane her 5th Dan and Ant his 4th Dan, massive congratulations to all

It’s going to be a busy week 😅🥊
