Well, we had an awesome day out at Burbage North today. To say we haven't been out in a good while, we went at it today! Massive thanks to Punisherpop to joining us today, his enthusiasm rubbed off! Well, we've done some awesome climbs and we're all knackerd. Forearms throbbing, fingertips burning. Time for a cup of hot chocolate with cream on top! Punisherpop joined us and put his strength to the test. He did a fantastic job!

The GoPro is on charge, alarm is set. I've managed to find my sticky's out and I'm ready for tomorrow. I'm a little bit excited, it's been way too long!

Sunday 16th weather permitting peak gritstone or indoor at climbing works if it's bad...... excited to get back to it :)

Sean- been up to climbing works today for some pre season training... technique and strength need some work but it definitely felt good :)

Sean - working on core, overall strength and stamina which will hopefully improve my grades ..... When the weather lets us we will be back in the Peak :)
