β¨ MOLLY β¨
A lot of you saw Mic'd up with Molly last week on my page and here are her results from the 6 week plan πͺπ»
-6.3lbs down with a total measurement loss of -16.4cm!
I've been telling Molly for the last few weeks she's lost so much weight from her legs/hips (she didn't believe me) until we compared her before and after pictures! (Told ya so Molly Fay π)
For me, it's not Molly's weight loss results that are the success here (although they are brilliant). I've been working with Molly since I first started PTing in January and seeing her confidence grow has been the ultimate achievement for me. Molly's first sessions were full of her saying 'i can't do that' 'not a chance you're getting me doing that' and yet every single time she did it and did it well. Her sessions are always full of laughter BUT Molly always gives 110% even on the days where shes not feeling it and she always walks away with a smile, an eye roll and sometimes a sarcastic comment "see ya next week satan"
The true achievement here is the fact that Molly is becoming the best version of herself. She's inspiring her daughter to be strong and capable and she is showing up for herself every ππ» single ππ» day
Molly, you should be incredibly proud of the things you are doing for your present and future self... I know I am π

She's bloody done it again! Smashed another 6 week plan and seen some amazing results!
-8.3lbs this time around with a total 9.1cm loss in her measurements
That brings Jade to to a total loss over the 6 week plans to 13lbs!
BUT... It's not all about a number on some scales! During this plan jade PBd a back squat at 40kg for 6 reps and she improved her wall sit time by 33 seconds! Jades confidence has grown massively in the gym and I can't wait to see how much further she can push herself to keep seeing these results πͺπ»
