"it's hard to have conversations with people you see as older when you're younger"
I really enjoyed my recent chat with Dani Gibson England Cricket, SunRisers Leeds and Somerset) about feedback. There will be a few clips coming out before the full interview. In this one Dani highlights that it is difficult to have conversations with 'older people when you are younger' as we discuss the use of a platform to store feedback with comments enabled for two-way feedback.
"Yeah, definitely. I think, it's like, it's hard to have conversations as well with people that you see as, like, older when you're younger. So, being able to have that platform where you don't have to have a one-on-one conversation, which can feel quite intense for, like, young people coming through, So I think having that platform to, like, have a conversation, and then you've kind of had the conversation through the platform, and then when you go to next session, you're both on the same page"
