6 months ago i destroyed my knee after a colision with a much younger knee in basketball practice. Its been a long road allready but so happy to have bike all set up đ Surgery date just came through 1.04.19 its in the books. Lets get this đ¤đĒ

Throwback to a few practice pics...preparing for the 2003 british champs which i led all year until the final round (which i rode with a badly twisted ankle). Good days.

2011 throwback to a s.e group trial. Great memories of riding around with .fry300 all day. Aiming for a comeback one day soon after my knee is fixed and hope ro catch up with some riding buddies.

I dont mind admitting that wheel truing isnt my strongest suit. But i did manage to improve this one today đđ in about 6 times the time (and not to the same tolerance) it would have taken đ
Still this one is now a better spare at least đ

Bleeding some brakes on the market can be more than a frustration. Luckily this customer had chosen the right ones đĒ

Currently 1 week out from straining my knee. Following great advice and trying not to sit for too long at my desk today.
