Post Partum can be a bitter sweet time. On one hand you’re completely and utterly in love with your bundle of joy and so consumed in the newborn bubble. And on the other hand you can sometimes feel as though you’ve ‘lost yourself’. After all, your body was being occupied for 9 months.
And then there’s the recovery stage, whether that be via vaginal birth or c section, all whilst trying to look after this tiny human you created, but it’s easy right because ‘you will just know what to do’… it’s a tough old journey, an emotional rollercoaster and so much changes both physically & mentally.
Seeing the changes in your body can be challenging, seeing influencers ‘bounce back’ after 1 day is challenging, knowing where to start in order to get your fitness back on track is challenging… and that’s where I come in…

HELLO, I’M BACK!
After a couple of months off to have my little babe (now 6 weeks old🤯 whatttttt) I am returning to work!
I’ll be taking on new clients for both online coaching and 121 PT & flexibility sessions. Online coaching will start back up from September and face to face sessions will be starting in October but with a slight change…
A new location, a new gym, new equipment but the same amazing results! And what’s better? You don’t have to be a member so you can save some extra pennies💰

⬇️ANNOUNCEMENT⬇️
I am pleased to announce that with reopening on the 12th April I will be running 121 & group sessions (maximum 3 people) for ONE MONTH ONLY! These sessions are for both new & returning clients at only £30 a session (usually £45).
What are the sessions for?
It’s been exactly one year since we went into Lockdown, in that time some of you may not have trained at all, had no or little equipment, forgotten technique, gained injuries and you may just need a little refresher! Well that’s where I come in 🙋🏼♀️ I am here to demonstrate safe practice when lifting weights, stretching correctly, overcoming gym anxiety, preparing you mentally as well as physically and to guide you into that first month back at the gym by making you feel as confident as possible!
I am only back at the gym for 4 weeks before going on maternity leave, from there I will be transitioning to online coaching & offering 121 services in my home gym & via video call!

We did our first workout together yesterday 🥰😂 I haven’t trained since August so I took things very steady & used light weight. My god do I feel it today! I need to keep this body moving, I look forward to my classes starting next week! 💪🏻✨

LOCKDOWN CLASS TIMETABLE
Commencing Monday 4th Jan 2021.
Suitable for all abilities: beginner, intermediate & advanced demos will take place.
Sessions will take place on Zoom and you will receive a link before each class begins.
No equipment needed but if you have some light weights, even better!
A minimum of 2 people must be booked onto each class for it to go ahead, you will be told in advance if the class is not running.
£3 pay as you go! Please message me to book your space. I hope to see you there!
Please note: I am fully insured to conduct exercise classes virtually for up to 30 people per class.
