I am training to provide Fitsteps classes which shall include Jive, Quickstep, Waltz and Cha Cha Cha. The Dances do not require a partner, movements can be stepped or high energy depending on ability. Dance fitness classes shall be added in the coming weeks.

Thank you to my lovely Yoga clients for the gifts as I prepare to leave Norfolk, some have been with me since the beginning in 2014. Thanks to the clients who joined me for chair based Gentle Years Yoga which we enjoyed together for 5 years.

No further Sound Baths planned for Norfolk, I shall start a fresh in Cumbria.
