This week is Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK drowning prevention week.
The RLSS have published some fantastic resources aimed at children to help them understand how to recognised risks, understand what to do to minimise the chance of an accident and how to respond in an emergency situation ⬇️

Lifeguards are a huge part of water safety education. The RLSS also offer a a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. This is the most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and Ireland and is also internationally recognised. More that 46,000 pool lifeguards qualify with the RLSS UK every year.

Being a swimming teacher has allowed Mimi to still earn whilst studying full time at university.
Working as a swimming teacher can be a full time job but with many shifts ranging from 1-4 hours in the evenings it is perfect for students.

Sian completed her SEQ Baby and Toddler course with us back in January. Since then she has started leading parent and child classes along side her role of Learn to Swim Manager.
