The final touch, sand timer hung and this Yorkshire Hut Co. electric Ronja outdoor sauna is fully dressed and ready to roll.
With two tier cedar benches, pitched roof, large tinted and slim viewing windows, and sauna speaker. This hand crafted sauna leaves the workshop in the morning for its forever home. Travel well.

We just wanted to send a simple thank you for being part of our small, growing sauna community.

This year we’ve spent many days in the workshop creating designs, handcrafting and delivering our custom saunas to their new homes ; from quiet gardens to shared community spaces. Each build has reminded us why we started: to create high quality, calm, beautiful places where people can slow down, warm up and breathe for a while. There is something extremely satisfying for us, about creating places for people to be.

As a small seasonal thank you, here are three simple ways to get more from any sauna you use this winter:

• Keep sessions shorter and regular rather than long and occasional, (little and often is kinder on the body and easier to weave into busy weeks).
• Drink water before and after, and give yourself time to cool down slowly so you finish feeling restored rather than wiped out.
• If you can, step outside between rounds, even a minute of cool, fresh air under a night sky can make the warmth feel deeper and the whole ritual more memorable.

Whether you already have one of our custom creations, are soon awaiting one or in the early stages of planning, or simply like to follow along from afar, your interest and encouragement mean a great deal to us.

Wishing you and your loved ones a season of warmth, good health and small pockets of stillness (and perhaps a bit of steam and starry night sky too).
