BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIA PUDDING - (quick, easy, nutritious and yummy)
Blitz 1 banana, 2tbs peanut butter, 2tbs natural yoghurt and 4tbs coconut milk in a blender then stir in 3tbs of chia seeds - leave in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight and ENJOY ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ๐ @ Verbier, Switzerland

So the time has come and I shall be heading out to VERBIER TOMORROW!

THE FIRST PHOTO WAS TAKEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO... BUT... SWIPE RIGHT FOR A GIRL WHO HAS HAD A CONSTANT SMILE ON THEIR FACE, but from June 2017 till the end of last year was struggling was obsessive healthy eating and exercise.
Iโve overcome it yes, and now I would rarely ever compare foods and have more rest days than I ever had, I am back to having fun, relaxing and going out, because thatโs what Iโve always loved.
BUT, all I can say is donโt try and be someone your not, be yourself and and donโt be lead by others and remember to speak to someone if your having a negative view on life/your body - because your body is amazing, my legs have run so many miles for me already with all my mad challenges and Iโve got a lot more to come!
