If you’re doing intermittent fasting but the scales aren’t moving… this one’s for you. 👇
I’ve worked with a lot of people who’ve tried fasting because they were told it’s the “best” way to lose weight.
Sometimes it works really well…
But sometimes it just leads to feeling hungry, overeating later in the day, and wondering why nothing is changing.
In this video, I explain:
✅ When intermittent fasting can help accelerate fat loss.
✅ The biggest mistakes people make when trying it.
✅ Who it’s most suitable for (and who should probably avoid it).
✅ How to use it as a tool rather than relying on it as a magic solution.
Intermittent fasting isn’t the answer for everyone, but when it’s implemented properly and suits your lifestyle, it can be incredibly effective.
Have you ever tried intermittent fasting? What was your experience? Let me know in the comments. 👇

I help busy men & women lose fat, build muscle & transform their bodies.
Flexible online coaching with accountability, structure & expert support to help you look leaner, feel stronger & stay consistent.
If you’re working hard but your body just isn’t changing as quickly as you’d hoped… it might not be your willpower that’s holding you back.
One of the biggest things I’ve noticed after coaching hundreds of people over the years is this…
Stress changes everything.
When life is constantly demanding your attention, you’re far more likely to:
😫 Crave high-calorie foods
🍫 Snack without thinking
🍕 Overeat at weekends
💥 Feel like you’ve “fallen off track” and start again on Monday
I see it all the time.
People eat as little as possible Monday to Friday, train as much as they can, then by the weekend they’re exhausted, hungry, and end up eating far more than they planned.
It’s not because they lack discipline.
It’s because the plan isn’t working with their lifestyle.
Sustainable fat loss isn’t about eating less and training more. It’s about creating a structure that works around your life, keeps hunger under control, and helps you stay consistent—even during busy, stressful weeks.

You already know enough… so why aren’t you getting the results? 🤔
I had a consultation call recently with a really nice guy.
Full-time NHS job.
Busy dad.
Goes to the gym regularly.
Generally eats well.
So why did he reach out to me?
Because his problem wasn’t a lack of knowledge.
He already knew how to train.
He already knew what healthy eating looked like.
His biggest challenge was staying consistent when life got busy.
Work.
Kids.
Stress.
Long days.
Week after week, he’d start with good intentions, but like so many people, life would get in the way.
That’s where coaching makes the biggest difference.
✅ Accountability.
✅ Structure.
✅ Support.
✅ A clear plan.
✅ Someone keeping you focused when motivation disappears.
Knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two completely different things.
If you’ve been exercising for years, watching fitness videos and reading nutrition advice but still aren’t where you want to be…
Maybe you don’t need more information.
Maybe you need someone to help you put that information into action consistently.
Knowledge gets you started. Consistency gets you results. 💪
Weekends undoing all your hard work? 🤔
You’re consistent Monday to Friday…
✅ You hit your workouts.
✅ You eat well.
✅ You stay on track.
Then the weekend arrives…
🍔 BBQs
🍷 Drinks
🍕 Meals out
🍫 “I’ll start again on Monday…”
Before you know it, you’ve wiped out the progress you made during the week.
The good news? You don’t need to avoid weekends or give up the foods you enjoy.
In this video, I explain how I coach my clients through weekends so they can still enjoy life and continue losing weight.
Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having a plan for the moments that usually throw you off track.

I spoke to a lady recently who told me she just wanted to lose weight and feel better. As we talked about her goals, she asked me, ‘Do you think I could lose a stone in four weeks?’
And that’s exactly where so many people go wrong.
They give themselves four weeks to undo years of habits. When they don’t see the scales moving as quickly as they’d hoped, they think they’ve failed… so they quit.
Instead of asking, ‘Can I lose a stone in four weeks?’ the better question is, ‘Can I be consistent for the next four weeks?’
Can I hit my calories most days? Can I get my steps in? Can I train three or four times a week? Can I build habits I can actually stick to?
Because if you focus on doing the right things consistently, the weight loss follows. But if you only focus on the number on the scales, you’ll probably end up doing what you’ve already done this year… starting again.
If you’re training consistently but your body isn’t changing… this is probably the habit you’re missing.
One thing I’ve noticed after coaching hundreds of people is this…
Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to eat.
They struggle because they haven’t made good nutrition easy.
That’s where meal prep comes in.
Spending just 60–90 minutes once or twice a week preparing your meals can make the rest of the week so much easier. Less guessing, fewer last-minute takeaways, fewer poor food choices when you’re tired or busy.
It’s not about eating chicken and broccoli every day. It’s about creating an environment where making the right choice becomes the easy choice.
If you’re putting the effort into your training but looking in the mirror and wondering why your physique isn’t reflecting that effort, I’d start by looking at your nutrition habits.
This simple habit could genuinely be the missing piece.
🎥 Watch the video and let me know… do you meal prep already, or is it something you’ve been meaning to start?

Trains hard. Eats clean. Still can’t shift the belly fat.
Sound familiar?
I spoke to a busy professional yesterday who’s exactly this. Gym consistently. No junk food. No poor habits to point to. He’s read the articles, tried the approaches, done the research.
And the fat around his midsection just won’t move.
Here’s the thing — I hear this exact story constantly from busy professionals I’ve coached over the last 10 years. And almost every time, it comes down to the same three things holding them back.
I’m breaking them down in today’s video. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “everything right” and still not seeing the change — this one’s for you. 👇
If you’ve lost weight before and found yourself back where you started, it’s not a willpower problem. It’s often a motivation problem.
There are two types of motivation:
🔹 Extrinsic — driven by external rewards. A wedding, a holiday, a number on the scale, other people’s approval. Powerful in the short term… but once the event passes, so does the drive.
🔹 Intrinsic — driven by how you want to feel. More energy. Better sleep. Confidence that isn’t tied to an occasion. This is what sustains change long after the “why” that started it fades.
The diets that “fail” usually didn’t fail — they were built on motivation that was never designed to last.
If your reason for losing weight expires, so will the results.
What’s really driving you to change? Drop it in the comments. 👇
Stop guessing your portions. Start understanding your food. 🍽️📊
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people trying to lose weight by simply “eating healthier” without really understanding how much they’re actually eating.
In this video, I show you exactly how I build a meal from scratch, weigh each ingredient, and track calories and macronutrients accurately.
The goal isn’t to rely on meal plans forever. It’s to give you the confidence to build your own meals, enjoy more flexibility, and still make fantastic progress towards your goals.
The more you understand nutrition, the easier it becomes to make great food choices for life. 💚
👇 Have you ever tracked your food before, or is it something you’ve always wanted to learn?

Five months. One decision to stay consistent.
started her journey at 57.4kg.
Today, she weighs 50.7kg.
That’s 6.7kg lost.
But what stands out most isn’t just the weight she’s lost.
It’s the routine she’s built, the confidence she’s gained, and the body composition she’s created through consistent nutrition, strength training and accountability.
This wasn’t about chasing the fastest result.
It was about following a structured plan, reviewing progress each week, making small adjustments where needed, and allowing those habits to compound over time.
The photos speak for themselves.
Kelly, you’ve worked incredibly hard for this. Enjoy your holiday—you’ve absolutely earned it, and I can’t wait to see what we achieve over the next phase.
Consistency creates results. Structure keeps them.
