Well what a fantastic weekend us balloonists have had at Troutbeck airfield in the Lake District. Raising awareness and more importantly money for 4 mens mental health charities. This is very close to us as we lost a dear friend who took his own life struggling with his issues.

The summer I took to the skies📍@bristolballoon Have you seen the news?! Mark your calendars people because the 48th Bristol International Balloon Fiesta will be soaring back into the skies from Friday 7th - Sunday 9th August 2026! The Fiesta is far and away my absolute FAVOURITE thing about living in Bristol but I think it’ll be a looooong time before I ever top the feeling of flying in the first mass ascent of the weekend this year! I’m still pinching myself watching this back as I had no idea that during my 4th fiesta I would get the chance to take to the skies with the fabulous team and fellow Northerners @balloonsoveryorkshire 🎈🫶✨ Only 272 sleeps to go till next year!
