Quick update from India.. 🇮🇳
After a month with these beautiful people, and 300 hours of instruction and wisdom from some inspiring souls, I'm chuffed to say I'm now a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha yoga teacher. 😊🙏
Excited to share what I've learnt when I'm back in Guernsey! 🇬🇬

The end of outdoor yoga for 2024!
Grateful to everyone who joined, we had some really beautiful mornings

I will continue with wednesday's community class (indoor at all about yoga) for 2 more weeks (11th and 18th september) before taking some time away from teaching x
