Now that the road is clear, it’s time to begin preparations to resume our High School Cadet Tour.

Our mission remains the same:

* Plyometric Push-Ups
* Burpee Push-Ups

3. Functional Chest Workouts
These strengthen the chest while engaging the shoulders, triceps, and core for total upper-body performance.

Examples:

* Push-Up to Shoulder Tap
* Dips
* Incline Push-Ups

A strong chest improves pushing strength, posture, endurance, and confidence. For recruits, chest training also develops discipline, resilience, and upper-body control during demanding physical activities. πŸ’ͺ🏾

These improve mobility, explosiveness, balance, and field performance during drills and obstacle activities.
