Now that the road is clear, itβs time to begin preparations to resume our High School Cadet Tour.
Our mission remains the same:
β
Deepen the culture of fitness among students.
β
Create awareness about the dangers of drug and substance abuse.
β
Inspire discipline, leadership, and positive lifestyle choices in the next generation.
My prayer is that you successfully pass out soon so that together we can visit your alma mater and impact more young lives. βπΏβπΏππππ

These workouts build raw lower-body strength needed for marching, lifting, jumping, and endurance activities during training.
Examples:
* Squats
* Lunges
* Step-Ups
2. Endurance Leg Workouts
These help recruits develop stamina and the ability to keep moving under pressure without giving up quickly.
Examples:
* High Knees
* Wall Sit
* Jump Squats
3. Functional Leg Workouts (Military-Style Movement Training)
These improve mobility, explosiveness, balance, and field performance during drills and obstacle activities.
Examples:
