It's Day 5 of our chest focused program. It's our third and final CHEST day of the week. Today, we're focusing on speed and explosiveness. Earlier in the week we lifted heavy, then we went slow and steady. Now it's time to crank up the pace!
You still need to maintain good form though. Pick a weight light enough that you can complete the rep range with proper form, while at the same time focusing on the exposiveness and speed. 90 second rest between sets unless specified below.

The No-Excuses Morning Workout
Complete 3 rounds of the following circuit. Perform 10 to 12 reps of each move in the first set, 12 to 15 reps in the second set, and 15 to 20 reps in the third set. By the end, you’ll feel stretched, energized, and ready to take on the day.
