The 2024 Ghana Junior Olympics U5 100m Girls’ Silver Medalist, EwuraAbena Beenuye de-Heer - Rising Track Star, has been working incredibly hard. Now a year older, she returns stronger and more determined, competing in the U6 category this year.
Her target? Gold.

We have no intention of denying any child the opportunity to participate in the Ghana Junior Olympics. However, we are committed to organizing a fair event where all athletes compete in their rightful age categories.
All athletes are required to come with a birth certificate or any valid Ghana-issued ID such as an NHIS card, Ghana Card, or passport.
If we are unable to verify an athlete’s age when doubts arise, they will not be permitted to compete.
