Ghana’s Kalibi VC Set to Represent Nation at Africa Women’s Club Volleyball Championship in Egypt 🇪🇬

The Ghana Volleyball Federation (GVF) proudly announces that Kalibi Volleyball Club (Women) will represent Ghana at the upcoming Africa Women’s Club Volleyball Championship in Egypt.
Kalibi VC heads into the prestigious continental competition on the back of a remarkable achievement, having been crowned champions of the CAVB Zone 3 Women’s Club Volleyball Championship, Accra 2026. Their dominant performance on home soil not only secured qualification but also reaffirmed their status as one of the leading women’s volleyball clubs in the region.
The team is scheduled to depart Ghana this weekend, fully prepared to compete against Africa’s elite clubs under the auspices of the Confederation of African Volleyball. Their participation marks a significant moment for Ghanaian volleyball, reflecting the steady growth and rising competitiveness of the sport in the country.
Kalibi VC has earned widespread recognition for its discipline, cohesion, and competitive spirit. With a balanced squad that blends experience and emerging talent, the team is determined to make a strong impression on the continental stage and build on their recent success.
Speaking ahead of the team’s departure, the President of the Ghana Volleyball Federation expressed confidence in Kalibi VC’s readiness:
