Fruit juice may be a contributor to cardiometabolic risk / heart disease due to amounts of free sugars (added sugars) .~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~. .~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~but did you also know that juice squeezed from fruit (without pulp) can also have “free sugar- without the fibre”.
Enjoy your whole fruit , and by all means if you want the juice , add the pulp or fibre !

Hi lovely people! Have you set your routine for physical activity? It’s never too late if you haven’t. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Start small, set some time in the day where you can exercise. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Try splitting your 30min a day into 3 , 10min sessions for exercise and you are good to go. I just completed 11mins workout this evening after walking throughout the day. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Grab a partner to make it more fun ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
