Happy new year everyone. Celebrations are over and it's time to get back to work. I'm starting my 3month physique transformation & diet on the 10th Jan but for now, loads and loads of CARDIO (fasted).

After 9 years of lifting, several 1000s of $$$ on supplements, gym dues, recovery, over eating etc to gain muscle from 64kg to 110kg, I've decided to get back to 95kg 😢. Health first 😀
One of the best trips I've ever. 3years ago today. Time does fly
60kg DBs for 6 reps felt good. 3 weeks back and starting to go heavy
I have a crazy appetite but when you know you're days away from a 12 week diet you have to load up on whatever you can. Fun fact, us 3 in this video haven't seen each other for 11 years. Cheers to another 11 years hopefully....

I'm done with my year long off season. Current weight is abt 107-108kg/235lbs+. Time to Start getting in shape and lifting some heavy weights.
I wish to remain a heavyweight but with better body composition.
My targets for this year include
184kg/405lbs bench for 1 rep
200kg/440lbs deadlift for 10 reps
260kg/572lbs squat for 1
130kg/286lbs shoulder press for 2 reps.
