⏰ 6 Ways to Make Time for Exercise ⏰
Everyone’s lifestyle is different. Work, children, family commitments, shift patterns, studying, and life in general all make finding time to exercise a challenge.
We all have different responsibilities, which means finding time to exercise looks different for everyone during different stages in their life.
The goal isn’t to compare schedules - it’s to make the most of the time you do have.
Here are 6 simple ways to make exercise fit into your life:
1️⃣ Schedule it like an appointment 📅
If it’s in your diary, you’re far more likely to stick to it. Treat your workout like any other important commitment.
2️⃣ Start small 💪
You don’t need an hour. Even 20–30 minutes is enough to improve your health and build consistency.
3️⃣ Prepare the night before 🎒
Lay out your clothes, fill your water bottle, and remove as many excuses as possible.
4️⃣ Find an accountability partner or trainer 🤝
Train with a friend or join a trainer/ group that motivates you to keep showing up - even on the days you don’t feel like it.
5️⃣ Focus on progress, not perfection 🌱
Missed one session? Don’t quit. One workout won’t change your life, but hundreds of them will.
6️⃣ Keep moving throughout the day 🚶
Exercise is only one part of an active lifestyle. Walk more, take the stairs, stand up regularly, play with your kids, or park a little further away. Every bit of movement counts and adds up over time.
Remember… you’re not just making time to exercise - you’re making time for more energy, better health, less stress, and a stronger future.
YOUR PACE. YOUR POWER. 💛

Same slam ball, different Wally! 🇧🇷
This beautiful soul has worked his ass off over the last two years, proving that determination, consistency, and hard work really do pay off.
What makes this transformation even more special is that we’ve never taken the approach of cutting out the things he loves or giving up the lifestyle that makes him who he is.
In fact, Walacy has achieved these incredible results through a variety of methods including gym training, bootcamp classes, 1-to-1 PT sessions, and active holidays (which may or may not have included a few Pride parties and the occasional drink 👀 🍻).
The biggest lesson from this journey is that improving your health and fitness doesn’t mean becoming a different person. It’s about learning how to adapt, making small changes in the right direction, and finding a balance that works for your lifestyle.
We’re all incredibly proud of you Wally. Not just for the physical transformation, but for the commitment, positivity, and consistency you’ve shown throughout the process.
Here are a few words from the man himself 👇
“The photo on the right was taken during a heavy period of stress, low energy, poor consistency, and lifestyle habits that didn’t support my health.
The photo on the left isn’t about perfection — it’s about not giving up.
Over the last two years I’ve had ups and downs, lost progress, regained weight, struggled with consistency, and battled with my biggest challenge: food. I love good food, I have a sweet tooth, and I enjoy life and celebrating with friends.
Could I have been stricter for faster results? Probably. But this journey was never about perfection — it was about sustainability.
The difference came from finding support, accountability, and a way of doing things that actually fits my life.
Today I’m healthier, stronger, happier, and in a much better place physically and mentally.
Not finished — just finally building something that lasts.
For some it may not look dramatic, but for me it’s life-changing.
And I’m only getting started.
Thank you, Floyd, for being part of the journey. 💪”

Same slam ball, different Janet
I wanted to highlight this incredible lady who has been working hard and putting her health first.
On the left, you’ll see Janet at the beginning of her journey. On the right, you’ll see Janet today, having lost an amazing 30kg
She’s consistently shown up for herself and used a variety of ways to stay active, including bootcamp sessions, walking, Pilates, strength training, and simply making healthier choices day after day.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just the number on the scales - it’s the confidence she’s gained, the habits she’s built, and the commitment she’s shown to becoming a healthier, stronger version of herself.
Results like this don’t happen overnight. They come from hundreds of small decisions, made consistently over time.
Janet, you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved so far. Your hard work is inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. 👏🔥
