Another incredible turnout for the J.A.C.K.A Charity Football Match! ⚽️🏆

Proud to have supported the 3rd edition of this brilliant event, both as a match linesman and as an official sponsor.

A massive thank you to everyone who stepped up, played, and donated. Together, we raised an amazing amount of over £6,000 to support three fantastic local causes:

🔹 Gibraltar Alzheimer's & Dementia Society
🔹 Save Gib Street Cats
🔹 Cancer Relief Gibraltar and the Cancer Relief Centre

Huge shoutout to Jock for putting this all together once again and organizing another entertaining, fun and high-energy event for the community. 🙌🏻

Here’s a look at some moments just before kick-off! 📸

The difference a year can make. 💪

Ricki is now 29kg down, which is an absolutely incredible achievement. This transformation wasn’t built on extreme restrictions or burning himself out, it was built on consistency, accountability, and balance.

Together, we dialed in his strength training, and from there he took real accountability for his nutrition. He did this all with a very balanced approach, making room for things he genuinely enjoyed, like playing padel tennis and keeping a good social life.

He proved that you don't need to give up everything you love to hit your goals. It’s about moderation, moving your body in ways you enjoy, and showing up week after week.

Incredible work, Ricki! 🏆

11 days. One 116km Ultra. One Hyrox Singles. One Hyrox Doubles.

In all honesty I wasn’t happy with the result in my Hyrox singles event. The aerobic engine and recovery felt solid, but the muscular endurance just wasn’t there. The legs and upper body felt the heavy load quickly and I couldn't sustain the pace I wanted. A frustrating but very much to be expected experience as I can't outrun the physiological damage still on my body from the Ultra.

But Friday’s Doubles was a completely different story. It was my partner’s first ever Hyrox, and my first time sharing the floor in a duo. And I don't think we could be any happier with how it went. Seeing her smash her first race made the entire weekend.

Now as always, on to the next one, whatever that may be... 🙌🏼

And that's another successful Med Steps 5 Challenge in the books!

I did not participate this year to allow my body to get the rest it needs from last week's Ultra, but I made sure to be there to support the Cancer Relief Gibraltar and the Cancer Relief Centre as best I can and ensured I was there for everyone who has come to my weekly practice sessions and see them go through the challenge lap by lap.

I am very proud to say every single one of those who came to these sessions managed to do 5 laps, absolutely amazing effort from them all 🥇, clients, friends, partner, family, all got 🖐🏼 done!

Also a huge congratulations to the Med Steps 5 team for the incredible amount they have managed to raise so far and will continue to raise as you still have plenty of time to donate. All proceeds go towards Cancer Relief 🙌🏼😊

See you all next year again! ✌🏼

Ultra X Scotland - Mission Accomplished! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Some captured moments from an unforgettable weekend at ULTRA X Scotland. What ended up being 116.98km of Highlands terrain was a long and extremely challenging journey, but the support I was receiving and the amount of donations made whilst I was going through it really did make the difference, especially from family and friends that followed along through all hours of it, I really did appreciate that level of support! ❤️

Huge thank you to everyone who donated to Cancer Relief Gibraltar and the Cancer Relief Centre. Your generosity was far more than I expected, because of all the donations we were able to clear the target and get it well over £1200! Which is absolutely incredible, thank you so much!

Full race video is still in the works—stay tuned for that. 🏔️📽️
