***FAREWELL***

Dear all,

After much thought and consideration, Moe and I have made the difficult decision to officially bring Zoca Bastion FC to an end.

We explored every possible avenue to keep the club moving forward the last few months to no avail. We have already formally notified the Gibraltar Football Association of our decision to close this chapter and would like to take this opportunity to thank the GFA and the Gibraltar Futsal family for our on-field battles and competition.

What began in 2013 as Leo Bastion grew into something far greater than a football team. Over the past 13 years, every player, coach, supporter, and friend has played a part in building a club, a family, and a legacy that we are all incredibly proud of. Thank you to all the coaches and managers that have taken charge of our team.

Together, we have shared victories and defeats, celebrations and frustrations, laughter and unforgettable moments. The memorable shirts, the Capurro Cups, the banter, the nights out, and the friendships formed along the way are what made Zoca Bastion FC truly special.

On behalf of Moe and myself, we would like to thank every player who has represented the club over the years. In total 99 players wore the shirt. We are immensely proud not only of what we achieved on the pitch, but, more importantly, of the friendships and bonds that were created off it. Those friendships will endure long after the final whistle.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Capurro Insurance for their unwavering support over the past 13 years. Their commitment to the club has been invaluable, and we are deeply appreciative of the role they played throughout our journey.

Although this chapter has come to an end, Zoca Bastion FC will never be forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who was part of the journey. Thank you for being part of the history.
