𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟-𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘: 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖 𝟮–𝟭 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗖

A winning start to the tournament for Takers FC as the boys displayed character, quality, and determination to secure all three points against a spirited Dortmund FC side.

We started brightly and took the lead as early as the 6th minute. Making his first senior start, 𝗘𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 (𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱) produced a magnificent piece of play before setting up Buba Tamba, who made no mistake in putting us 1–0 ahead.

Dortmund responded well and found an equalizer in the 18th minute through their captain, ensuring the sides went into a fierce contest with everything to play for.

The decisive moment arrived in the 63rd minute when young left-back 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗧𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗵 (𝗘𝗻𝘇𝗼) produced what could well be a contender for the goal of the tournament. A thunderous volley flew into the roof of the net, restoring our lead and sending the crowd into celebration.

From there, the boys showed great discipline and resilience to see out the game and secure maximum points.
A strong collective performance, a dream senior start for Lampard, a clinical finish from Buba, and a moment of brilliance from Enzo give us the perfect start to the tournament.

The wait is over! Takers FC begins its journey in the Sinchu Baliya Youths & Sports Development Association's Noran Tournament with a mouthwatering clash against Market Bii Football Club .

This is more than just a football match, it's a derby, a rivalry, and one of the biggest fixtures the Sinchu Baliya Football Field has witnessed over the years. Whenever these two sides meet, passion, pride, and quality football are guaranteed.

We have nothing but respect for Market Bii Football Club, a team that has consistently proven itself as one of the strongest and most competitive sides around. We expect a tough battle from the first whistle to the last.

One thing is certain, though: after all the draws we've shared in the past, there will be NO DRAW this time around! 😄 Somebody is leaving with all three points, and that's surely gonna be us (Takers FC).

𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟-𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘: 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖 𝟬–𝟬 𝗨𝗞 𝗙𝗖 (𝗨𝗞 𝗙𝗖 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲s)

Another final, another heartbreaking penalty shootout.

Football can be incredibly cruel. After 90 minutes in which we were unquestionably the dominant side, controlled possession, created the better chances, and restricted our opponents to virtually no threats and almost no shots on target, the game was ultimately decided by the unpredictable drama of penalties.

That is the harsh reality of football.

What remains extraordinary, however, is this: 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, when we lost a final to Doyen of Baliya. For nearly four years, no team has managed to beat us over 90 minutes in the Sinchu Baliya Football Field. That is a testament to the strength, discipline, and character of this squad.

We understand the disappointment of losing another final, but consistently reaching finals is not a curse, it is proof that we belong among the very best. Teams that keep knocking on the door will eventually walk through it.

Congratulations to UK FC on their victory and on winning the trophy. We wish them continued success.

As for Takers FC, we do not dwell on setbacks. We rise, we learn, and we move forward.

Our attention now turns immediately to the League Cup. The hunger remains. The belief is unshaken. The mission continues.
We are still standing. We are still competing. And our moment is coming.
