Welcome to Sino’s fitness! If you are looking to loose weight, tone your body, or like me stay fit and keep healthy then I am the right person to come too!

I have been involved in Sports fitness and training industry for 4 years plus.

I trained and qualified in the UK
My qualifications include:
* Sports Study’s at Degree level
* Personal training and leadership
* Sports physiotherapy
* Sports coaching
* Nutrition

I have worked in multiple gyms as a fitness trainer. I have a vast range of knowledge and experience in a variety of different sports, fitness regimes as well as nutrition and diet planning.

I won’t promise or gaurantee weight loss, I promise and gaurantee to look at every individual person! To work with you, to motivate you mentally and physically to help you to achieve the results you are aiming towards!

I am offering 1 hour a day Beach training.
A Full body fitness workout resulting in weight loss and body toning if you are willing to work with me!

1 hour work out is 4% of your day, no excuses! Each new day is an opportunity to improve yourself, take it! Make the most of it!
