The Blue Boys secured a hard-fought semifinal spot in the ongoing Hamidou Memorial Trophy Tournament after a thrilling 2–2 draw with Bena Basse Football Academy.

Manju FC took control early, scoring twice in the first half. However, Bena Basse mounted a comeback in the second half, equalizing with two goals to force a penalty shootout.

In a tense battle from the spot, the Blue Boys held their nerve to claim an 8–7 victory, sealing their place in the semifinals. Congratulations to the team for their resilience and fighting spirit!

This is not just a win — we have ended their unbeaten record at the High Level Field. It’s clear now that the Field can no longer be called a “fortress.”😂
