After a series of delays and rescheduled fixtures, Samba Tack FC finally kicked off our BDSC Tournament campaign with a tough clash against a well-organized Combine Forces FC side. Despite a spirited performance and moments of brilliance from the team, we narrowly lost 1-0 in a tightly contested match.

While the result wasn’t what we hoped for, our boys showed determination, heart, and a fighting spirit until the final whistle. 💪

We take the positives, regroup, and set our focus on the next group game. The journey isn’t over — it’s only just begun! 🛡️🔥

We were devastated to learn that, on your journey home, a serious accident occurred, claiming the lives of your driver and two of his apprentices. Please know that the entire Samba Tacko FC community stands with you in this time of immense grief.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the departed, the players, staff, and the broader Fatoto FC community. May Allah (SWT) forgive their shortcomings, envelop them in His infinite mercy, and grant them the highest place in Jannah.

We regret to inform our supporters and the wider football community that today’s scheduled match between Samba Tacko FC and Fatoto FC was postponed due to heavy rainfall.

Tragically, we have received heartbreaking news from our management team, who were at the Basse District Hospital, that the Fatoto FC team was involved in a serious accident on their way home. Sadly, the accident claimed the lives of their driver and two of his apprentices.

On behalf of everyone at Samba Tacko FC, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of the deceased, the Fatoto FC team, and their entire community. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this incredibly difficult time.

May Allah forgive their Shortcomings and grant them Jannnah 🙏 😢

We apologize for the late update. Please be informed that our match against Demba K***a Farmers has been postponed due to heavy rain.

According to BDSC Technical Director, Alhagie Nyang, the fixture will now be rescheduled to take place after our games against Combine Forces FC (formerly Interior FC) and Fatoto FC, respectively.
