Abdoulie Saidy of Satehba United has been named Player of the Match after an outstanding performance against Misira United.

The forward scored a brilliant brace, taking his goal tally to 7 goals, making him the leading goal scorer of the tournament so far.

It was a fiery showdown between Madiana and Tujereng, a tale of two communities, one pitch, one dream. But when the final whistle sang, it was the Madiana based warriors,Satehba United, who stood tall, a commanding 4:0 victory over Tujereng’s Misira United.

The story began early. Omar Manneh struck first, lighting up Bunks park in the 9th minute, before Abdoulie Saidy doubled the lead in the 13th minute, giving the Madiana boys a dominant 2:0 advantage at halftime.

The second half was no different, Satehba kept their foot on the pedal. Just 5 minutes after the restart, Saidy delivered again, completing his brace with a thunderous finish. And in the 25th minute of the second half, substitute Foday Sanneh added the final dagger, coolly intercepting a goalkeeper’s kick before slotting the ball home with ice in his veins.

From the first whistle to the last breath of the game, Satehba United owned the pitch, the tempo, and the moment.

With this emphatic win, Satehba United march into the semifinals, where they will lock horns with Real Dolphin FA, The Dolphins, in what promises to be another classic.

At the heart of the contest stood the man in Red, Central Referee Alagie Del Piero Sarr, flanked by the two captains Amadou Gassama of Real Dolphin Football Academy a captain with belief in his stride and Dawda Colley of Run Mango FC a skipper carrying the hopes of his side.

With calm authority and clear judgment, the match flowed under his command. Assisted brilliantly by his team, the game was well handled, well organized, and allowed the football to speak.

Amadou Gassama, the right full back, won the Player of the Match award for his outstanding performance against Run Mango FC.

He was strong in defense, difficult to get past, and showed great game intelligence on the pitch. His focus and seriousness throughout the match made the difference.

Real Dolphin Football Academy secured a 2:1 victory over Run Mango FC in today’s quarterfinal clash, booking their place in the semifinals.

The match was highly competitive from the start. Real Dolphin FA broke the deadlock in the 14th minute through Abdourahman Bah. Four minutes later, Run Mango FC equalized thanks to a brilliant free kick from their captain Dawda Colley, ending the first half 1:1.

Both teams pushed for goals in the second half, but it was Real Dolphin FA who found the winner in the 18th minute, scored by Musa Jobe, who is now the academy’s top scorer with 4 goals in the tournament.

Despite several chances created by both sides, the game ended 2:1 in favor of Real Dolphin FA, who now advance to the semifinals.

Real Dolphin FA will face the winners of tomorrow’s match between Sateba United and Misira United.

Fakebba Daffeh of Bolokanta FC was named Player of the Match for his outstanding performance in the heart of midfield against neighbors Madina United.

He delivered a masterclass in control, dominance, and composure, capping it off with the only goal of the match, a decisive strike that propelled his team into the semifinals.

Quarterfinals 🏟️ Match 3

Bolokanta FC have booked their place in the Semi Finals after edging past a determined Madina United side with a 1:0 victory.

The first half ended goalless, but it was far from quiet, as both teams battled fiercely, creating chances in a match filled with tension and excitement.

After the break, the game intensified. Bolokanta FC finally broke the deadlock 13 minutes into the second half, when Fakebba Daffeh delivered the moment of magic, firing his team ahead and sending the Bolokanta faithful into celebration.

With the lead secured, Bolokanta FC grew in confidence dominating possession and controlling the tempo. Madina United, visibly frustrated, responded with aggression, anger, and rushed decisions. Bolokanta remained calm, capitalizing on their opponents’ instability, managing the game smartly and protecting their advantage until the final whistle.

In the Under-13 category, it was a spectacle of goals end-to-end action and pure attacking football. Real Dolphin FA staged a brilliant comeback, turning a 2:1 deficit into a dominant 6-3 victory.

A great display from both academies. Football was the true winner in Tanji today.

Dem Football Academy from Gunjur traveled all the way to Tanji for an exciting friendly encounter against Real Dolphin Football Academy in two different categories.

The first match kicked off in the Under-10 category. The young Dolphins opened the scoring in the first half, but Dem FA responded with an equalizer in the second half. The game ended 1:1, as both teams shared the points in a well fought contest.
