Collaball Community is proud to announce the official launch of the Collaball Community Champion (CCC) 2026 program, starting with the first partner team: YAKARR FC of the Gambia.

Established in 2007 in the West Coast Region, YAKARR FC is an exemplary grassroots academy dedicated to the dual development of athletic and academic excellence for both male and female players. The academy is led by Adama Jarju and a dedicated coaching team.

The Collaball Community Champion program is designed to empower the spirit of collaboration within football. Rather than searching solely for the best player on the pitch, this initiative celebrates the heart of the team. The program highlights those who lead by example, uplift teammates during difficult moments, and serve as true role models—both in the heat of the game and in daily life.

Through a combination of monthly recognition awards and professional development workshops, the Collaball Community Champion program aims to support the next generation of football icons and community leaders.
