ROUND 15 SET TO SHAKE UP THE LADDER RACE IN POMCVC SEASON 7

Finals Pressure Builds Across Premier, Division 1, 2, 3 and Mixed Divisions

The race towards the 2026 POM Corporate Volleyball Competition (POMCVC) Season 7 finals is intensifying as clubs prepare for another explosive weekend of volleyball action during Round 15 on

Sunday 31st May 2026 at TAIC.

Following a dramatic Round 14 filled with ladder-shifting victories, tense three-set battles, upset wins, and title statement performances, teams across all divisions are now entering the most critical stage of the season where every set, every point, and every match could determine finals qualification.

With Round 13 and Round 14 ladder standings now painting a clearer picture of championship contenders and struggling teams, Round 15 promises to deliver high-pressure volleyball across the Premier, Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 and Mixed Divisions.

MEN’S PREMIER DIVISION

NCDC Remain the Benchmark β€” But The Chasers Are Closing In
NCDC continue to lead the Men’s Premier Division after extending their dominance to 34 competition points with an impressive 11 wins from 13 matches.

However, the ladder race tightened considerably after Round 14.
Westpac and Credit Corp remain level on 30 points, while BrianBell’s strong form pushed them into fourth position with 28 points after edging Digicel in a thrilling total-score contest.

Forest Authority produced one of the most important wins of the round after surviving a tense three-set battle against CPL, climbing into fifth position and suddenly becoming a genuine finals threat.
Kinabank’s remarkable comeback win against Parliament was another major talking point. After dropping the opening set 16-25, Kinabank rallied to win 25-20 and 15-9 in the decider, showcasing the resilience and attacking depth that has made them one of the most dangerous late-season teams.

Meanwhile, Customs are beginning to build momentum after recording two important victories over Digicel and POMGEN. Their aggressive serving game and improved blocking structure have injected fresh life into their finals campaign.

Match of the Round: Parliament vs NCDC

This clash could have major implications for the top four race.
Parliament enter the contest after splitting results in Round 14 β€” defeating Credit Corp before falling heartbreakingly to Kinabank in a three-set thriller. They now face the competition leaders in what shapes as a season-defining test.

NCDC have consistently shown championship composure, but Parliament possess enough firepower to cause problems if they can control first-ball possession and reduce unforced errors.

Other Premier Men’s Games To Watch
β€’ Kinabank vs NWTL1
β€’ Govt House vs National Finance
β€’ BSP vs Westpac
β€’ BrianBell vs CPL

Kinabank against NWTL1 may become one of the most explosive attacking contests of the weekend, while BSP and Westpac could deliver a tactical masterclass between two experienced championship-calibre teams.

WOMEN’S PREMIER DIVISION

Dentons Still Lead But Pressure Is Mounting

Dentons continue to dominate the Women’s Premier Division with 37 points and an outstanding 12 wins from 13 games.
However, the chasing pack is growing stronger every week.
Education surged into equal second after another commanding performance against Westpac, while BSP, IRC1, NCDC and Westpac remain tightly grouped in one of the most competitive women’s title races seen in recent seasons.

Round 14 also highlighted the growing parity across the division.
IRC1 edged BPNG2 in a dramatic total-score contest, BSP overcame BrianBell in a tense three-set battle, and POMGEN continued their steady rise with a straight-sets victory over Pacific Industry.

Customs also sent a strong message with a dominant win over Forest Authority, proving they remain capable of upsetting higher-ranked sides.

Match of the Round: Digicel vs Education

Education enter the clash full of confidence after dismantling Westpac in Round 14.

Digicel, meanwhile, are under enormous pressure sitting near the bottom end of the standings. Another defeat could significantly damage their hopes of climbing out of the relegation battle zone.
Education’s structured defensive systems and quick-tempo attack make them favourites, but Digicel will be desperate to produce an upset.

Other Women’s Premier Blockbusters
β€’ Customs vs BSP
β€’ IRC1 vs NCDC
β€’ POMGEN vs Kinabank
