There are moments I pause and realize… this work has become so much more than I ever imagined.
I get to witness evolution in its most human, most honest form.
Broken hearts softening into love again.
Health scares transforming into a deeper reverence for life… and, so often, beautiful outcomes.
Grief being held so tenderly that it reshapes into acceptance… into stories, into connection, into remembrance that feels alive.
I get to celebrate with you:
new children, new grandchildren, new great grandchildren, new fur babies,
Emmy awards received,
companies changing ownership,
homes sold and new ones welcomed,
chapters closing and others quietly, courageously beginning.
And I get to hold space for what isn’t always seen…
the release of stored emotion in the body,
the breath that drops in and holds you,
the nervous system remembering what safety feels like.
This is yoga.
Not just the shapes we make… but the way we appreciate the shifts of life.
This is the somatic work beyond the asana.
The space between inhale and exhale.
The unraveling, the rebuilding, the becoming, the celebrating

Feeling deeply grateful today.
When I opened this space, my intention was simple: focus on privates and keep classes intimate with just 6 mats. A regular encouraged me to open it up to 8 yogis… and today we fit 9, had a waitlist, and even reluctantly turned one away at the door.
It’s wildly beautiful what happens when you get clear with your intentions and trust the unfolding. The universe has a funny way of saying, “yes, more of this.”
My heart is bursting for this little community and the energy you all bring into this space.
