Το περασμένο Σάββατο πραγματοποιήθηκε το σεμινάριο “Αθλητική Ψυχολογία & Διαχείριση Εαυτού και Επίδοσης” με τον Δρ. Μιχαήλ Κ. Μαντζανά, Καθηγητή Πανεπιστημίου και ειδικό στη Συμβουλευτική Φιλοσοφία και Ψυχολογία.

Μια ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέρουσα συνάντηση αφιερωμένη στη νοητική προετοιμασία, τη διαχείριση της πίεσης και την ενίσχυση της αθλητικής επίδοσης.
