Back in January I had the chance to deliver a 1-hour seminar on public speaking for employees who were participating in company's internal innovation competition. The whole thing went great and folks voted as the best workshop of all! 🔥

365 days ago I challenged myself: I had to workout for at least once every other day (183 workouts).
Even though I didn't follow through and I'm not quite happy about it, there are some key-lessons that I keep from this challenge:
1. Going Public Helps.
2. Setbacks are Part of the Game.
3. Consistency Above All.
4. Progressing in 1 Area Helps in Others too.
5. No Excuses.
6. People are Supportive. ❤️

It's been 17 days since the 10th TEDxAthens event took place. This year, my 4th in the organization, I had the chance to lead the AWESOME Content Curation team. And the previous days I realized that my xp was so powerful because of the people I was working with. Thus, I feel the need to share my towards the beautiful individuals who .

- Nikos Foros for bringing your xp into place, for working smoothly with our volunteers and becoming the perfect gatekeeper: strict and smiley at the same time.
- Konstantinos Geros for your help, support and unbelievable skills. You were the secret asset every team would kill to have!
- Agata Darlasi for bringing your unique point of view with our speakers, helping them see the big picture and empowering them to give their 100% on stage.
- Paris Gavriilakis for being there every time the team needed you, for working tirelessly and covering all our backs when things were going crazy!
- Dimitris G. Kalavros-Gousiou & Dimitris Kokkoris for trusting me with this role and being there every time -no matter the time- I was calling desperate for help.
- Alexia Axioti for mentoring/training/supporting/trusting me, for making me an official member of the coaching team, for keeping me accountable to our high standards and mostly for pushing me to become a better leader.
Working with teams can be tricky... but working together with all of you was a pleasure as you fully embraced the concept and trusted each other to create something unique!

'How to deliver a Killer Presentation'.
