Set your health and fitness goals for the year, then track backwards. Break them down into quarterly targets, events and actions. Then break them down into monthly milestones. Then ask yourself this important question....
'What shall I do each day, consistently applied, that will serve me in reaching those milestones, in turn, the targets and ultimately, my goals. The answers to that question need to become your daily habits.
