South River Travelers

It's here!!!!
Our annual Poinsettia, Wreath and Grave Blanket fundraiser.
We are using a new vendor this year with what we feel is an even better quality product than before. We also have two different sizes of Grave Blankets this year!
We will be taking orders at the Appleby Ave Firehouse from 6pm - 8pm on November 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th and 27th. We will also take orders on the following two Sundays, November 17th and 24th from 11am - 1pm.
Delivery date will be approximately November 30th or December 1st.

This years trip is being run by Frau Weymann and Mr. Matts and we hope to continue to make this trip a great experience for all who join us.

Hello New Jersey, Good to see you!
We just landed!

New departure time 8:30 pm
Waiting on international luggage to be loaded.

Hiking, kayaking, hiking, learning, horseback riding, zip lining, hiking, beach days, dancing, exploring, shopping, some great food, perfect warm weather (until last day) and a whole lot of fun. What a great adventure! A lot of active tours and we all made it through.

The 2018 South River Travelers group really out did themselves.
I could not of asked for a better group in Costa Rica. Unforgettable memories were made.

I hope you continue to travel and experience new places as often as you can. The experience is everything!

Next stop...U.S.A.!🇺🇸

Pura Vida!!

We are back where we started, the 14 of us at the Best Western in San Jose with Denny’s for breakfast!
We depart for the airport in about 1/2 hour for our 11:30 flight. We were fortunate not to have a flight schedule like our traveling companions from Ohio and Virginia who left 3:00AM.

Day 8 -
Easy day of traveling and shopping for last minute souvenirs. The evening brought us to our farewell dinner. We enjoyed some traditional Costa Rican food. Followed by a performance of traditional music and dance.
A nice way to end a really great trip!

Arrived at our final hotel for the night. (Same as the first night) Raining right now, but will not hurt our activity for tonight...Costa Rican Folklore evening.
