自從上次拗完柴好返之後,左腳都仲係有少少繃緊,係時候要比啲練習佢了!由於我有輕微嘅扁平足問題,為咗保護曾經受傷嘅腳腕,必須提醒自己行路時要提起足弓,呢個腳趾夾毛巾嘅練習就好有用了!

「掌上壓挑戰」第4、5日呢兩日分別試做闊手同窄手嘅掌上壓。闊手主要用胸大肌,而窄手就係肱三頭肌,即係拜拜肉呀!係咪即刻想做呢?😁無論係闊手定窄手,做嘅時候都要先沉肩+肩胛骨向中間夾實,避免膊頭承受過多壓力。做完之後記得做返伸展,舒緩返用過力...
