[10 - 16 years old Class]
At this age, reassurance and acceptance are what we find most important to guide teens to do the right thing and have integrity. Strong support helps them develop confidence and positive reinforcement reassures their actions.
With the growing ability to see the consequences of different actions, the younger age group can learn from the older and the older group can learn through taking on responsibility to take care of others.

[6 – 9 years old Class]
From 6 – 9 years old, children transition from Early Childhood to Middle Childhood. This is an important age to shape good behaviour and discipline, where we focus our objectives on the social and emotional development.
On the physical side, we place our focus on balance and coordination. Students will learn advance moves such as 360, spinning hook kicks, and different jump kicks.
For those who are ready, they will have a first-hand experience with kyrougi (Sparring).

[How belt works and what do they represent?]
Belt are separated into "junior" and "senior" ranks colloquially referred to as "color belts" and "black belts".
The senior section of ranks is represented by a black belt and it has nine ranks. Each rank is called a dan 단 (段), and the highest rank would be known as a Black Belt 9th Dan.
In order for you to advance at any dan, there are common elements to every test: forms (poomsae), sparring, breaking, and “special technique”.
Depending on the dan level you are seeking, written work, a physical exam, and travel may be required:
For 3th dan, an essay on Taekwondo is required.
Above 4th dan, a thesis is required.
Above 5th dan, travel to South Korea is required.
Master Marshall is currently a 4th Dan Black Belt qualified by Kukkiwon.
