今年 Minions Run 再次邀請到星級教練 Kyle Lee 李爾晨 嚟到同大家做熱身運動😍！「排球界男神」Kyle 係 Prestige Fitness 嘅創辦人，到時仲會同一班至 fit 型男型女團隊帶 領大家做拉筋伸展運動！💪🏻💪🏻

Do Minions look so clumsy? But they must warm up before every exercise! So we can perform better and less to get injured. This year, Minions Run invited the star coach Mr. Kyle Lee again to do warm-up exercises with everyone 😍! Kyle is the founder of Prestige Fitness. He and his coach team will lead everyone to do stretching exercises!

‼️ Reminder: Every participants must produce a photo of the negative result of a RAT conducted within the preceding 24 hours before entering the event venue. You shall mark on the RAT testing kit your race bib no. as well as the date and time of taking the test. Also, participants who age 5 years old or above are required to show the valid "Vaccine Pass" 🤳🏻 and all participants shall show your bib to enter the venue.
