Many of those who are interested in the 500-hour Yoga Course think about themselves, like, “I’m not good enough...”, because the TTC 500 program requires a good level of flexibility. I’ll tell you, it’s not true. After all, I myself, 11 years ago, began my practice (discovering it for the first time), starting with TTC, and the first time I came to the studio, I could neither bend forward or back, nor bend my knee. But as I practiced, the inner teacher, which is in each of us, began to wake up and led me to where I am now. From Karma point of view, this is a great blessing, to touch the Knowledge of the ancient tradition, and for someone to comprehend a new depth!

500 hours of the course is:
▪️200h - theory, history & philosophy
▪️100h - methodologies & technics
▪️50h - yoga therapy course
▪️150h - practice (group classes package)

This Course is accredited by Yoga Alliance USA.

Upon completion of the course, you will get the 500 Yoga Instructor Certificate.

To join this 500 hours course, you don’t need to have a 200 hours or any certification. It’s suitable for all practitioners levels.

The course is held in two groups:
▪️Weekdays (Tuesday & Thursday) from 1pm to 5pm
▪️Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 11am to 3pm
At HK Yoga boutique studio in Discovery Bay (right at the seashore).

The course fee is 50K (only 100 hkd per hour). Can be paid in 2 instalments (25K + 25K)
