I love pushing myself in different ways—both physically and mentally—and pilates was a refreshing new challenge for my muscles and mindset. It’s so important to keep your fitness journey fun and motivating by stepping out of your comfort zone every now and then. 🧘♀️

Just had an acupuncture and cupping therapy session after a rocky night with two kids waking up multiple times and an early morning training session with clients. Looking at my back in the mirror, I'm reminded of how important it is to take some "me time" to recharge and keep going.
Being a mom and juggling everything isn't easy. It's okay to take a step back and prioritize your well-being. When you feel good, the people around you will feel it too. It's a privilege to carve out time for yourself, and I know it's not always easy.
Remember, you’re doing your best and that's already a lot. I'm sharing my journey not as a model to follow, but as a reminder that it's okay to take care of yourself.
