今日一早去試最近非常之流行同最新技術嘅EMSCULPT NEO™️既腹部療程。我見林明禎都有做,所以我就親身去試 lol 再分享比大家睇吓佢有幾好 😎
首先講吓呢部機係咩嚟先👩🏻🏫
佢採用專利HIFEM™️技術,深入7cm達肌肉深層,刺激肌肉產生高頻收縮。成個療程需要30分鐘🕑 就可以達致增肌成效同時令脂肪細胞自然凋亡就能減去脂肪層厚度(聽講等如做咗20000次高強度肌肉鍛煉)

-> 做嘅過程冇痛,感覺肚嘅部份微微熱,治療師也會因應你嘅情況去控制部機去調教最適合你嘅頻度做高頻收縮(會感覺個肚/肌肉有被牽拉收縮)。治療師說有些冇運動嘅人調教到30度已經嗌辛苦,佢今日調教到我98度我都OK 😂 所以因人而異!
-> 做完後的確感覺個肚firm 咗 (感覺就似做完一堂我嘅 killer core exercise 🤪)
-> 價錢方面…如果持久咁做又唔運動同改善飲食習慣是非常唔化算 (試做價$1,800左右,平時一次大概$2,800 )但係如果你想好快可以達到效果同時又做運動堂改變飲食習慣就一定事半功倍💪🏻

Weight loss can be tricky! Sometimes, dieting and workout can also end up shrinking your breast size + 🍑 and I believe that none of us want that if we have a choice lol DM for more info/ tips😌

Mental health awareness has led people to realize that physical health greatly affects your mental state. Therefore, it’s crucial that you always make time to do the things that make you feel healthy and happy. Prioritize your health and make effort to do at least 10 mins exercise and meditation into your day. Clear out your schedule to go for a hike, running, join a group fitness class, gym or spend time with friends. Any activity that brings you joy deserves some time in your weekly calendar. This way, you will feel more energized and as if work isn’t taking over your life.
