What is the concept of a minute? The concept of 1 minute on the Pilates Reformer represents the movement of the Pilates Core in the body. Only under Pilates principles can the effect of exercise therapy be achieved. If there is no principle involved, then it is just a series of fitness resistance exercises, which are different from Pilates. The biggest difference is that while resistance can make your muscles stronger, incorrect practice can injure your muscles. This does not happen when Pilates principles are applied.
