What worries Japanese coaches most about Hong Kong kids? It’s not their skills.

Coach Akiyoshi Fujioka : drive outpaces strength, and that‘s when injuries happen.
Former B.LEAGUE pro Rintaro Kaida : running is a must.

Does your child play basketball? Here‘s what two Japanese coaches noticed about Hong Kong kids.

A youth coach with 21 years in Japan said Hong Kong kids do something his own players rarely do: they call for the ball and go for the shot. That confidence is the fastest way to improve.

Former pro Rintaro Kaida added: Hong Kong kids have huge room to grow. And the years from 8 to 15 build skills that can never be made up later.

This winter, let them test themselves beyond Hong Kong.
