Thinking about taking on a long-distance trail race, but want to test your fitness, gear, and fueling strategy first? This warm-up race offers two route options—whether you’re looking for a long-distance run or a shorter intro to trail running, there’s one for you!💪

Big Double Au 57km 🏔️🏃‍♂️
- Date: 10–11/10/2026
- Elevation Gain: 3600m
- Best for: Runners who want a real long-distance race to fine-tune pacing, fueling, and gear
- Focus: Endurance, pace control, uphill/downhill strategy, nutrition & hydration planning, and teamwork
- Categories:
- Individual (9 age groups)
- Two-person team (2 categories)
- Four-person relay (3 categories)

Small Double Au 28km 🏔️🏃‍♀️

我哋誠邀「SCARPA香港越野短途賽2026 ‧ 城門」嘅參賽者為山徑做返少少回饋，聯同協辦團體「清徑先鋒」於完賽後一同清理賽道上嘅垃圾🧤🗑️，令路徑保持潔淨✨，減少賽事對大自然嘅影響。

招募人數：分A、B兩隊，每隊8人

Don’t rush off after the race—keep the challenge going! 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
We warmly invite participants of “SCARPA HKSD Trail Race 2026 · Shing Mun” to give back to the trails. Together with our co-organizer “Trailsweeper”, we’ll do a post-race trail clean-up to pick up litter along the course 🧤🗑️, keep the paths clean ✨, and reduce the event’s impact on nature.

Team arrangement: Two teams (Team A and Team B), 8 people per team

雖然賽事因颱風要延期舉行，仍要感謝「SCARPA香港越野短途賽‧大棠」的義工們在預計很大機會要延期的情況下仍認真地為比賽做好事前準備，包括掛標、預備比賽物資、各崗位的籌備工作等，之後還要拆標，辛苦大家了。🙏🙏

Even though the typhoon forced us to postpone the race, a massive thank you goes out to our incredible 'SCARPA Hong Kong Short-Distance Trail Race - Tai Tong' volunteers! Even with a postponement looming, you all worked tirelessly on pre-race prep—marking the course, packing supplies, and coordinating the duties for various positions—and then had to go back out to take the markers down. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication!🙏🙏

鑑於天文台將於22:10改發8號烈風或暴風信號，原定於2026年7月26日(星期日)舉行之「SCARPA香港越野短途賽2026‧大棠」將改期舉行。

大會將向政府相關部門申請補賽安排。補賽日期一經確定，將以電郵通知各參賽者。

As the Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 at 22:10, the "SCARPA HK Short-Distance Trail Race 2026 · Tai Tong" originally scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026, will be rescheduled.

The organizer will apply to the relevant government departments for alternative arrangements. Once the new race date is confirmed, all participants will be notified by email.
