Many founders don’t actually have a capability problem.

They have an alignment problem.

Over the years, I’ve noticed something interesting in coaching:

- Some entrepreneurs are brilliant at vision, but struggle with structure.
- Some are natural relationship-builders, but avoid difficult decisions.
- Some are highly strategic, but become bottlenecks because they can’t delegate.
