Did this race back in April, a week after Tag rugby Asian cup. Honestly my mind and body wasn’t ready for another Spartan race at that point. In fact, any race at all.

As expected, the race was a total embarrassment. It was so bad that I could not even hold a pace of an easy run. It has got to the point where I realized that I don’t deserve to race with those guys in the elites.

So for the rest of this year. I will not be doing any Spartan race so I can focus on building myself back up again and the upcoming Tag rugby World Cup.

Don’t worry I’m not leaving the sport. See you next year Spartan fam!
