I have been a personal trainer since 2007 and swimming coach since 1999
I am a Hong Kong native speaking Cantonese, and will teach in English and Mandarin. I teach throughout Hong Kong from learn to swim as young as 6 months infants to mature adults, also aiding the development of athletes to competitive level. As a Personal Trainer, a typical workout of mine will include a variety of equipment: the TRX Suspension Trainer, kettle bells, free weights and so on. I have worked with student athletes and people who just want to lose weight and improve their fitness.
