龍舟競渡是一種講求高度合作性的團體運動，除了強健的體魄，不屈的鬥志和純熟的技巧外，龍舟健兒致勝的關鍵是在於隊員們之間的默契，以達致 “人龍合一”的最高境界。
每年，我們組織龍舟隊代表科大出賽，更曾應邀出席廣州、天津及澳門等地邀請賽，與來自五湖四海的龍舟隊交流，並屢獲殊榮。
